We generally reserve 30 to 60 minutes for your consultation. We strive to offer you an appointment as promptly as possible. To ensure this is possible for all patients, we kindly ask you to attend scheduled appointments on time or cancel in advance if you are unable to attend.
For organizational reasons, any cancellation must be made in due time—no later than 24 hours before the appointment—by email. The reason is that a written cancellation can be submitted at any time, helps avoid misunderstandings, and allows for quick and transparent internal documentation. This enables us to reassign the appointment if necessary and reduce long waiting times for other patients. In urgent exceptional cases, cancellation by phone at +49 6841 9944336 is possible; however, we strongly recommend cancellation by email.
As we operate strictly by appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with legal regulations in the event of non-attendance or late cancellation. A cancellation fee will not be charged if you are unable to attend the appointment through no fault of your own (e.g., certified acute illness or accident) or if you cancel in time (at least 24 hours in advance). Please submit the appropriate documentation within 14 days.
